1-year-old child missing in Ruidoso

A 1-year-old Ruidoso boy was declared missing and endangered in a news release from the New Mexico State Police Jan. 29.

Paul "Oak" Mochen is likely with his mother April Mochen.

The child is about 2 feet tall and weighs approximately 26 pounds. He has brown eyes and is bald.

When last seen he was wearing a long-sleeve onesie and blue shoes.

April Mochen may be traveling in a blue 2007 Saturday with Arizona license plate 79A1BEA.

Ruidoso Police said the front bumper of the vehicle is gray and white.

Two children missing in Santa Fe

In Santa Fe, police are also looking for assistance in finding 2-year-old Isaac Edward Saiz and his 1-year-old brother Isaiah Santos Saiz.

The two children are suspected of being in the custody of their mother, Vanessa Sena. All three are believed to be traveling with Sena's boyfriend Stephen Pacheco in a white or silver 1997 Chevy Impala with New Mexico license plate 4286UNM.

Police said Sen and Pacheco may be headed towards Albuquerque.

The boys were last seen Jan. 29 at 6 p.m.
