Midco announces Ben Dold taking over as company's COO

Ben Dold is the new chief operating officer of Midco.

Midco has named Ben Dold as its new chief operating officer.

Dold, who has been the senior vice president of operations since May of 2022, is taking over Midco President Tom McAdaragh's role as COO.

Dold will lead the business operations, customer care and supply chain functions at Midco in addition to leading field operations and field engineering and construction with the company.

“Ben is a proven leader. He’s demonstrated a propensity to intelligently lead the largest part of our organization with courage, empathy and collaboration,” McAdaragh said in a press release. “I trust him implicitly, and I’m proud to work with him.”

Before joining Midco in 2010, Dold worked in the consumer-packaged goods and distribution industries doing corporate finance and strategy.

The company also promoted Paige Pearson Meyer to vice president of corporate communications where she will lead both communications and community relations with the company.

Paige Pearson Meyer is the vice president of corporate communications at Midco.

“I know Paige will continue to lead at a high level. Along with executing the corporate communications strategy, she and her team do a terrific job elevating Midco’s brand through our community relations efforts,” Ann McGlennen, chief human resource officer, said in the release.

Pearson Meyer previously worked as a broadcast journalist as well as in communications and talent acquisition at a software company. She joined Midco in 2016 and has most recently been considered the company’s spokesperson.
