A half ton of butter will greet visitors to the 2023 Pennsylvania Farm Show at the Maclay Street entrance when it opens on Saturday. This year's theme is Rooted in Progress. The sculpture, sponsored by the American Dairy Association North East, depicts several generations of a dairy farming family enjoying a moment together amid a sustainable farm.
