A Republican congressional candidate in Minnesota recently called for an armed violent revolution in response to the highly publicized information drop about the handling of Hunter Biden's laptop.

According to Mediaite, Shukri Abdirahman —the Republican candidate challenging Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) who currently represents Minnesota’s 5th District, took to Twitter with her reaction to the reports.

On Friday, December 3, Substack journalist Matt Taibbi released a thread of tweets with details that suggested Twitter employees intentionally worked to censor reports about Biden's laptops during the 2020 presidential election cycle.

While some Republicans felt the highly anticipated release was relatively underwhelming, others like Abdirahman were fueled by it.

Responding to Taibbi's string of tweets, she tweeted, “We can no longer get rid of tyranny by the ballots. It’s only by bullets now.”

The Republican candidate also shared a number of other reactions. Per the news outlet, she also said:

  1. “I’m done. I regret that I put my life on the line to defend these Nazis, and that so many of my brothers and sisters in arms died for.”
  2. “Two pillars of a successful Republic are election integrity and confidence in our democratic processes. We have neither.”
  3. “This is treason and the real insurrection.”
  4. “This wasn’t by Russia. It’s done by our own f--king government.”
  5. “Just so you know @HillaryClinton, Elon Musk is not suicidal.”

But despite Adbirahman's reaction, Miranda Devine appeared on Fox News Friday night and admitted that the latest developments are not what she would consider bombshells or a "smoking gun."

“Look, I think we’ve seen quite a bit that’s useful. It’s not really the smoking gun we’d hoped for,” Devine told Fox News host Tucker Carlson. She added, “I feel that Elon Musk has held back some material.”
