Corteva set to acquire Stoller Group

Corteva Agriscience continues its expansion in the biologicals space.

Corteva has signed an agreement to acquire Houston-based Stoller Group, one of the largest independent biologicals companies in the industry.

Company officials say the move will provide farmers with biological tools for evolving farming practices, and help them meet changing market expectations.

The $1.2 billion deal comes after Corteva recently announced an agreement to acquire Symborg, a microbiological technologies firm in Spain.
