Don’t forget to refrigerate, store food within two hour

After you enjoy your Thanksgiving meal, be sure to refrigerate and store food within two hours.

Meredith Carothers, a food safety expert with the US Department of Agriculture, says consumers should consider doing these things to avoid the “danger zone” – the temperature range between 40 and 140 °F in which bacteria can grow rapidly.
