Snow stops harvest

Several snowstorms last week brought an end to harvest in Michigan.

The USDA says corn is 86 percent harvested and sugarbeets are 98 percent. 

Winter wheat is 98 percent emerged. 

Harvest progress and wheat emergence were ahead of last year and the five-year average.
