Ten Pennsylvania Lottery Powerball® Tickets Totaling $3.2 Million Sold in Weekend Drawing

Estimated Powerball® Jackpot $1.9 Billion; $929.1 million cash value for tonight’s drawing
 
Middletown, PA – With the Powerball® jackpot now sitting at an all-time record of $1.9 billion ($929.1 million cash value) ahead of tonight’s drawing, the Pennsylvania Lottery is recognizing 10 winning Powerball® tickets from the Saturday, November 5 drawing that are worth a combined total of $3.2 million. This includes two prizes worth $1 million each sold in Bucks and Allegheny counties, and eight other prizes worth $150,000 each sold in Montgomery, Columbia, Blair, and Allegheny counties.
 
Congratulations to the retailers who earned a $5,000 bonus for selling the Powerball® $1 million-winning tickets. They are:
  • Saibaba’s Aashirwad Forever, 4247 West Swamp Road, Doylestown, Bucks County;
  • Get Go, 998 Hayden Boulevard, Elizabeth, Allegheny County.
 
Meanwhile, the retailers who sold the $150,000 Powerball® with Power Play® winning tickets each earned a $500 bonus. They are:
  • Wawa, 1600 Egypt Road, Oaks, Montgomery County;
  • H Smoke Shop, 51 East Cheltenham Avenue, Cheltenham, Montgomery County;
  • Short Stop Mart, 411 West Third St., Nescopeck, Columbia County;
  • Sheetz, 700 Chestnut Avenue, Altoona, Blair County;
  • Sheetz, 405 East 25th Avenue, Altoona, Blair County;
  • 7-Eleven, 4775 McKnight Road, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County;
  • 7-Eleven, 1710 Washington Road, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County; and
  • Speedway, 4380 Old William Penn Highway, Monroeville, Allegheny County.
 
The $1 million-winning tickets each matched five of the five white balls drawn, 28-45-53-56-69, to win $1 million, less applicable withholding. The eight Powerball® with Power Play® tickets each matched four of the five white balls drawn and the red Powerball® 20 to win $150,000, less applicable withholding. Without the $1 Power Play® option, the tickets would have been worth $50,000 each. The Power Play® multiplier drawn was three.
 
Winners are not known until prizes are claimed, and tickets are validated. Pennsylvania Lottery Powerball® winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes. Winning tickets purchased at a Lottery retailer should immediately be signed on the back. Online winnings automatically appear in a player’s account after the claim has been processed. To initiate an online prize claim, winners should call 1-800-692-7481. Players may visit palottery.com for more information about how to file a claim.
 
More than 282,800 other PA Lottery Powerball® tickets won prizes of various amounts in the Saturday drawing, including more than 108,000 tickets purchased with Power Play® and more than 39,600 tickets purchased with Double Play®. Players should check every ticket, every time.
