Codeless is a content production company that combines strategy, SEO, writing, design, and video. We produce hundreds of long-form articles and product tutorial videos each month for some of the biggest SaaS, service, and affiliate brands in the most competitive spaces on the Internet.

We’re spread out virtually so location isn't an issue. We work with both domestic and international clients, including North America, Central America, Europe, Asia and Australia. We’ve been featured in the New York Times, Business Insider, Small Business Trends, Problogger, Social Media Today, Brazen Careerist and more.

We’re a virtual, remote company. There are no official work hours or vacation days. We’ll try to treat you like an adult who wants to get better every day and will hit deadlines without being babysat. In return, you can work wherever/whenever you want.
We’ll give you real, hands-on work with big clients.
Ideally, we’re looking for people who could transition into full-time (or part-time / 20-hours/week). If you’re still in school, we ask for a 10-hour weekly minimum and we can work around your schedule.
Once you’re a full-time team member, we’ll discuss all of the additional upsides and ways to be promoted. We’re a meritocracy, so we care more about ability and skill than years of experience. (We’ve had multiple people’s salaries double in ~2-3 years as an example.)
If you need help, feel free to ask. We’re super nice and not out to try and trick you.

Job requirements
Requirements
• Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Design, or anything else related to marketing and technology.

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are obvious. We're a services business, so you need to like and get along with people.

• We're pretty flexible and casual, but we only accept high quality work. We're not going to micromanage, so you need to be a responsible self-starter, and a fast learner with a high level of attention to detail.
