We are looking for skilled legal content writers to join our team to help create content for our clients (in the US market). This is primarily blog content, but also general web pages.
Areas that fall under this category include but are not limited to: labor and employment law, personal injury, medical malpractice, mass torts, criminal law, corporate law, business litigation, contract law and disputes, bankruptcy matters, trusts & estates, entertainment law, intellectual property, internet and media law, family law, divorce law, environmental, general civil litigation, and a host of other practice areas.
As a legal content writer at our company, you’ll be researching industry topics, writing compelling content, revising content based on feedback, and editing and proofreading it before handing it in.
The primary goal of the content we create is to engage users and grow our clients’ online presence, generally, but not always, for SEO purposes.
Key responsibilities
- Research industry topics (using authoritative sources)
- Write clear and compelling content
- Write content in a CMS-friendly format
- Write content following the latest SEO best practices
- Edit and proofread content before publication
- Ensure consistency with style, fonts, format, and tone
- Update content based on feedback
Ideal candidate
- Experience working as a content writer Bachelor’s degree in law (or studying)
- Native English speaker
- 5-10k words availability per week
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines
