The technique of creating anodized aluminum results in vivid colors.  Creative artisans skilled at this can produce beautiful designs. One of the best I have come across is a"young and very creative" team from the UK, known as MoreThanJewelry. 

They specialize in wide cuffs but they also offer jewelry sets in different combinations - full sets, cuffs and necklaces as cuffs and earrings. 

The designs range from those which are a riot of color to more subdued colors but nonetheless still striking. They cover floral themes, animals, geometric designs and so on.  Such a delight to go through their collections!

They explained :

We have a workshop and atelier. We produce models in different style, for every taste and individuality: bracelets with ethnic motifs, bracelets with designer drawings, bracelets with original design. 

The images upon the bracelets are drawn with a special professional machine, and each design is the result of the creative flair and desires of our designers. The bracelets are made by hand and the process goes through several stages until everything be sculpted to perfection.
