Matt and Sean Landis purchased Fat Daddy's in 1997. They put it up for sale in January 2019 as they worked to transform the former site of Citizens Banks building at 1 N. George St. in Continental Square into an upscale nightclub called “The Treasury.”That venue never opened and the Landis brothers no longer have rights to the property, according to the York County Redevelopment Authority.
