Do you know a lot about interior design, home decor or are experienced in the home niche?
My name is Jesper, and I own a site that intends to help homeowners select the right flooring for their needs, this site also has a decor/interior design section.
This is where I need one or several writers to cover articles about combining and comparing colors, what goes with what, and matching flooring.
The work will be long-term, ongoing and I will need several writers.
If you can show me you have experience/expertise in the field please show that. This can be personal blogs, articles written under your name, social media like linkedIn etc.
Experience in other niches relevant for this site is also interesting, like cleaning, flooring, DIY and other home niche topics.
I will pay 45$ per 1000 words.
Your work will be published with byline and bio, and you will have a feature on our About Page. This can be great exposure for you. You can see the URL of the site in the application form.
You will deliver via Google Docs into a folder in Google Drive, so some knowledge about this is a plus. It is not difficult though, and I am happy to show you.
About the Content
The articles usually range between 750 and 1,250 words each (to start with, expect about 10 articles per month).
Requirements
- Stellar writing skills, correct grammar, typo-free, and fun-to-read copy a must
- Ability to follow a supplied style guide with examples (will send upon hiring)
- All content is to be well researched and include relevant contextual outbound links when it makes sense to do so
- Consistent high quality writing every month
- Native speakers only
- Open to feedback and willing to adjust content and/or writing style as needed
