 Latham & Watkins Articles McDermott Will & Emery is set to lose another partner from its London arm with intellectual property (IP) head Larry Cohen leaving to join rival US practice Latham & Watkins. Cohen, whose practice covers contentious IP, including patent and trademark work, handed in his notice at McDermott earlier this week. McDermott today (18 October) confirmed the departure of Cohen, who is still in discussions over its leaving date.
