 Fieldfisher Articles Field Fisher Waterhouse has advised Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov on his purchase of a stake in Arsenal Football Club. The mid-tier City law firm advised investment company Red & White Holdings, which is jointly owned by Usmanov and London-based investor Farhad Moshiri, on its £75m acquisition of a 14.6% stake in the club from former vice-chairman David Dein.
