 Travers Smith Articles Travers Smith has named Phil Sanderson as its new head of private equity, with Sanderson set to replace Charles Barter at the helm of the key practice group. Sanderson, who has been a partner at Travers since 2001, will take over from Barter as head of the group on 1 July.
