 Travers Smith Articles Travers Smith has boosted its ties with the Bank of England (BoE) after agreeing to second corporate partner Anthony Foster to the institution. Foster, who was promoted to the partnership this year, joined the bank recently for a short-term secondment.The placement, likely to be for around six months, is thought to be to help the bank out with the current turmoil.The City firm has regularly advised the bank in the past but only on the employment side and it currently has an associate from the group seconded to the client as part of a regular placement programme.
