Speck, Irvin to face off for GOP nod in revamped 81st state House district

Andrea Speck and Rich Irvin will face off in the Republican primary for Pennsylvania's 81st Legislative District.

Ian Kidd will be the only candidate on the ballot in the Democratic primary.

The newly drawn 81st Legislative District covers northern Franklin County and all of Huntingdon County.
