I'm looking for a writer to create a dinner party theme ebook as an email opt-in for chefsvisionknives.com. Each theme will include 4-6 recipes and be based on a country (Italian, Japanese, Brazilian, Mexican, Spanish, French, Indian, Russian, etc.).
I would imagine a group of housemates getting this ebook and deciding to do a dinner based on one of the themes each week. Or an amateur cook, who enjoys entertaining, deciding to host a party around one of the themes.
I'll need the writer to be able to create the dishes and photograph them for the ebook. I'll send over all the Chef's Vision knives and accessory products (which the writer can keep) to be included in the photographs.
Each section could have a page introducing the region, talking about the culture and customs around food in that region, words for saying "enjoy" and "cheers" in the native language, etc.
Recipes might include, Starter, Main, Dessert, 30-minute quick and easy, Simple but impressive, More challenging dishes (stretch goals), Vegetarian option, Vegan option, Variations from different regions (different ingredients used).
Please send me a quote per section of the ebook (intro + 4-6 recipes with photographs from a single country) with a brief description of your writing, photography and cooking experience.
