Police renew call for public's aid in search for missing Las Cruces man

LAS CRUCES - Police issued a second news release as detectives continue to search for a man missing for two months.

Geoffrey Spangler, 33, was declared missing on Nov. 8, 2022, the date he was last seen at White Sands Missile Range. 

Police said Spangler was traveling to Ruidoso when he went missing. At the time, he was driving a 2000 Dodge Avenger. His vehicle was discovered Dec. 6, 2021 near Vinton, Texas in the Franklin Mountains State Park.

Spangler is 6-feet, 1-inch tall. He weighs 205 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
