Reported earlier:

A warrant has been issued by the Davie County Sheriff's Office in North Carolina charging a York man with the murder of a Lancaster County woman.

Deputies found 20-year-old Suzanne Kauffman dead at the Days Inn in Mocksville, North Carolina Monday night. Investigators said her body was in a room rented by 26-year-old Quincy Hannah, of York, according to Sheriff JD Hartman.

The investigation started when deputies got a call around 9:50 p.m. Monday to help two people at the Days Inn find their missing phones. The individuals, who were not identified, had called one of the missing phones and gotten an answer. That person told them to come to the Days Inn.

The caller told deputies Kauffman had the phones last. Deputies found the phones and an Acura key along the side of the road near a fast food restaurant. Investigators found Kauffman's Acura car in the back of the parking lot soon after.

Kauffman was in North Carolina to attend a camp, according to Hartman. Continued investigation determined that she may have met Hannah in Mocksville.

Hannah was last seen driving a light blue 2009 Toyota sedan with Pennsylvania license plate LRE 6319.
