A podcast all about how amazing Utah is. With regular interviews from local drag queens, to authors, business owners and political figures, there is something for everyone.
The New Utah Podcast, Episode 269 - Wild Potatoes. Stephen Marginson joins us this week to talk about his early life crisis that culminated in an asian walk about, right before covid-19. Growing up all over the country and landing in Utah to become a civil engineer, he decided it wasn't what he wanted to be in life. So he traveled, to Idonesia, New Zealand and Vietnam. For over a year, he wandered around other countries trying to find what he wanted, and then covid hit. It's a really great conversation and story, and now he's back in Utah to tell it.
