Brownfield Ag Weather Today

Sponsored by Pivot Bio PROVEN

A new surge of much colder air has arrived, with a rapid movement from the northern Plains and Great Lakes region, south and eastward over the next couple of days. In contrast, mild weather will prevail throughout the week in the West, while any sharply colder air that reaches the High Plains will be quickly replaced by windy, but milder-than-normal conditions. Mostly dry weather will accompany the Western warmth, aside from occasional rain and snow showers from the Pacific Northwest to the northern Rockies. The nation’s mid-section will also remain mostly dry, although periods of light snow may affect the northern Plains, and snow showers and squalls on the lee-side of the Great Lakes. Elsewhere, forecasters continue to monitor the Southeast for the possibility of late-week precipitation, including some snow and ice.
