Asking for help

The stress of farming is made worse in a natural disaster which can lead to mental health struggles. Knowing there is help waiting can get people past the stigma of mental issues. In this Brownfield Managing for Profit, Michelle Horvath, director of access and urgent care services with Compass Health Services, says it’s okay not to be okay. But, further, it’s not okay to not ask for help.
