Mariah Carey shirts up for grabs with McDonald's Mariah Menu breakfast order Tuesday

Free shirts with a throwback photo of Carey eating a McDonald's cheeseburger are up for grabs Tuesday with McDonald's breakfast orders of the Sausage McMuffin with Egg on the chain's mobile app.
The 10,000 shirt giveaway is a part of McDonald's Mariah Menu, which features 12 days of free food deals with a minimum $1 app purchase. The special menu launched Dec. 13 at participating restaurants nationwide and continues through Christmas Eve.
The fast-food giant confirmed to USA TODAY that the Mariah x McDonald’s T-shirt will be available on a first-come, first-served basis to fans once the daily Mariah Menu deal hits local time zones starting at 5 a.m. local time.

Restaurant and breakfast hours can vary, but many locations stop serving breakfast at 10:30 a.m.
The shirt is only available in one size, adult large, while supplies last.
Last week, McDonald's had a similar offer when it gave away free beanies to the first 10,000 people on Dec. 15 to redeem the free Mariah Menu deal of the day, which was a free bakery item.
McDonald’s told USA TODAY that the east coast will get a head start since the app operates on local time. However, the company said that with the beanie giveaway it saw fans across the country, including the west coast, get their hands on the limited beanies before they sold out.
How to get the Mariah x McDonald’s shirt
For a chance to get one of the exclusive free shirts Tuesday, McDonald's says you need to "be one of the first approximately 10,000 people" of the day to redeem the Mariah Menu deal through Mobile Order & Pay with a $1 minimum purchase.
“After redeeming the deal, if there are still merch items remaining, you will be shown a redemption screen,” McDonald’s said on its website. “You must select “Get It Now” to redeem the merchandise deal immediately by providing your name and shipping information. Once you exit from the merch redemption flow, you will not be able to access it again.”
Once the merchandise is gone, McDonald’s said there will be a “merch out-of-stock” flag on the deal of the day.
McDonald’s said the shirts and beanies will be shipped in February.

The freebies will be available at participating locations and each is valid one time per day with a $1 minimum purchase on McDonald's mobile app, excluding tax. More details are available on the app.
