Charles Barkley, the former Philadelphia 76ers star and current television personality, is full of stories. His latest is wholly Delaware.

In a video clip from "The Steam Room," his podcast with TNT host Ernie Johnson, Barkley recently explained he named his daughter Christiana after the Christiana Mall, which is located off Interstate 95 near Newark, Delaware.

"There's a Christiana Mall in Delaware that I used to go by," he said. "That's how she got her name."

Johnson reacted with an exasperated stop, raising both arms like a traffic conductor. He then asked why.

"I don't know," Barkley said. "I just liked the mall."

Christiana Barkley is 32 years old, born in 1989 when the Round Mound of Rebound was in the middle of his prime with the Sixers. She is Barkley's only child.

"You're a mess man," Johnson replied.
