In the past two years, we’ve seen a significant increase in the adoption of remote working, and numerous studies have shown that the majority of companies will have a significant portion of their workforce to continue to work remotely. The complete transition back to onsite work is very unlikely in many industry segments, and hybrid work will be the way forward.

With this, many of our customers have shared their interest in personalizing their employee experience while accessing their work environment from anywhere. Given a chance, they would like to tailor the Citrix Workspace app and access experience to align with their organization’s branding. In this ongoing world of hybrid work, a personalized corporate experience helps reassure end users that they are accessing a digital workspace resources secured by their organization, strengthens the organization’s identity for all workers, and, additionally, promotes consistent brand messaging.

Citrix App Personalization can accomplish all those goals. With this easy-to-use service, you can incorporate your company’s icon within various Citrix apps to provide a personalized, branded experience.

This level of personalization can be reflected on your title bars, task bars, loading screens, or any pop-ups/dialogs coming from the native Citrix apps. This provides an end-to-end personalized experience. For example, let’s consider a fictitious company, Acme Pharmaceuticals. Acme Pharmaceuticals can call their Citrix Workspace app “Acme Workspace” with the Acme icon alongside the Citrix name. Employees, as well as contractors, can recognize their company’s name and access all their Citrix Workspace resources.

The service can also help you manage the entire lifecycle of the app. This includes personalizing the app, updating the personalization (app name and icon), managing versions, and downloading the builds. In the case of desktops, you can generate a download URL for your build. In the case of mobile apps, you can manage the delivery via the Google Play store or Apple Business Manager.

The current set of supported Citrix apps include:

  • Citrix Workspace: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS
  • Citrix Files: Android/iOS
  • Secure Mail: Android/iOS
  • Secure Web: Android/iOS
