ING partners with Amazon for cashback via DealWise

Monday 29 November 2021 11:20 CET | News

Netherlands-based bank ING has announced partnering with ecommerce platform Amazon to offer cashback for purchases via the ING shopping platform ‘DealWise’.

DealWise is an online cashback portal developed by the parent company ING Bank. With DealWise, users can choose from over 1000 online shops, including Amazon. The saved cashback amount is automatically credited to the respective ING current account after the return period has expired. By 31 December 2021, Amazon users will receive 5% cashback on electronics and computers, Amazon devices, toys and clothing, amongst other things.

With the monthly offers, the cashback amount is based on different product categories and is transparently visible during the purchase process. The offer also includes the Amazon Marketplace and applies to new and existing Amazon customers. However, books and vouchers, for example, are excluded. In order to receive the reimbursement, ING customers select the item ‘Cashback Service’ online or in the ING banking app and then access Amazon through Dealwise.
