Description
Seeking long term contract with an experienced contract writer. We are hiring for the website sportscardresearch.com. We would like to find a writer who can commit to 7,500 - 10,000 words per month.
The applicant should have the following skills:
• Proficient in English (especially grammar)
• The ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent research skills on a topic unfamiliar to you
• Attention to detail (if you read this, please include the word "silver" in your application)
• Positive Attitude
• Experience and / or passion in trading card collecting (especially sports cards)
The role has the following responsibilities:
• Write 500 – 3,000 word articles (we expect most articles to be between 1,500 – 3,000 words)
• For most articles, you will be provided with the player and player’s cards to write about, but it will be your responsibility to research the cards and write facts and descriptions creatively
• You will not be responsible for the publishing or formatting in WordPress
• You will be asked to primarily write list content for the first few months; this should make your work very efficient, but may also feel repetitive at times
• Please apply if you are seeking a long-term contract between 3 - 5 cents per word
