In Arkansas, 97% of cotton and soybean harvest complete

As of Sunday, 97% of both cotton and soybeans were harvested.  Peanut harvest is 95% complete. Winter wheat is 94% planted, with 80% emerged.

Topsoil moisture is 82% and Subsoil moisture is 74% adequate to surplus.
