[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] I’m always really happy to start on the L’Occitane seasonal offerings – it works by the press office asking what samples I’d like to call in rather than a huge box arriving and I appreciate a) the lack of waste and b) the opportunity for me to choose what I think you would like to see rather than brands just expecting everyone to like everything. So where I have the choice, I’ve tended to pull back a bit and look at affordable options before the luxury ones – I don’t know if it’s just me but I have a feeling for less this year.

It’s four of the brand’s best-selling shower gels (please feel free to use as a body wash in the bath) in 75ml sizes, so they’re not teeny-weeny and will see their way through plenty of washes whichever way you choose. Rose, Shea, Almond and Cherry Blossom make the line up and I’m even seeing it as the host & hostess gift to take for festive parties because it neatly divides into (traditionally speaking) male/female.
