Wednesday Night Live — free admission to three Uptown museums, plus dancing at The Mint Museum

The Levine Center for the Arts’ Wednesday Night Live takes place every Wednesday evening.

The three museums that are part of Levine Center for the Arts — Mint Museum Uptown, The Bechtler Museum of Modern Art, and the Harvey B. Gantt Center for African-American Arts + Culture — are free to visit every Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The Levine Museum of the New South has also joined the event, at its location at the former Wells Fargo Museum, 401 S Tryon Street.

In addition, there will free entertainment programming at one of the museums or at Knight Theater.

Enjoy a night of dancing a la Studio 54 in celebration of exhibition ANNIE LEIBOVITZ / WORK, expect pop-up runway fashion shows featuring looks from local designers that highlight vintage fashion from the ’70s through the ’90s paired with live DJs providing music specific to each era. This event is organized in partnership with Davita Galloway of Dupp & Swat.
