I mentioned recently how I love being in the farm fields at Babinski's early in the morning, just "south of the highway" in Water Mill. Watching all the fruits, vegetables and herbs ripen and ready themselves for picking. Eggplant, peppers (hot & sweet), tomatoes, corn and rosemary are just a few making their August appearance. I just had to put together a short celebratory slide show (click there) which I hope you enjoy as much as I enjoyed compiling it.
