A stamp of approval from beef consumers

For more than 30 years the Beef Quality Assurance program has been a tool to for producers to provide consumers the guarantees that the beef they’re purchasing is raised a certain way and is of a certain quality. 

Wyoming rancher and vice-chair of the BQA advisory committee Trey Patterson says the program is driven from the bottom up.
