Christmas Slimline Collection by Spellbinders

Hello there! Have you seen all of the amazing holiday goodies in the latest release from Spellbinders?  OMG, There are soooo many fun new stamps, dies, and embossing folders in this release. Today I’m excited to share one card created with the brand new Christmas Slimline Collection.

The new Kaleidoscope Argyle Slimline Die Set is a set of six dies that creates an Argyle pattern perfectly for slimline or mini slimline cards.  After placing the Argyle Grid, you only need to stack each diamond shape, layer them, and or not the circles to create a unique Kaleidoscope design. These dies give you many design options from a border to a background design.

This Kaleidoscope Argyle Slimline Die Set can be used for holiday cards, but otherwise this design is just a gorgeous pattern for any kind of card. Just change the colors and use according with your imagination.

I cut the different layers of the card front out of green and red card stock. Additionally, I used Gold Glossy and Silver Glossy Rinea Foiled paper. Then, I layered them up on top of a white smooth panel for a clean and simple effect.  Then I added a greeting that I die cut onto red card stock using another new project from the new release of Spellbinders, the Create a Christmas Sentiment Etched Dies from the Tis The Season Collection.

I matted the entire die-cut panel with more Gold Glossy Rinea Foiled Paper before adhering it to a top-folding white smooth card base measuring 3.5″ x 8.5″.

Another die set available with this collection is the Circle Kaleidoscope Slimline Etched Dies from the Christmas Slimline Collection. It is a pretty design that can be repeated as much as you want.
