Brownfield Ag Weather Today
A cold front interacting with lingering tropical moisture will result in locally heavy showers and thunderstorms in the southern and eastern U.S. Lingering showers across the lower Southeast could boost 5-day rainfall totals to 2 to 4 inches or more. Late in the week, a new cold front should spark another round of showers across the Plains, Midwest, and mid-South, with some of the most significant rain expected in the middle Mississippi Valley. Elsewhere, mostly dry weather will persist across the northern Plains and the West, with heat re-intensifying across both drought-stricken regions late in the week.
