Modsquad is hiring work at home gaming customer support in the U.S. These home-based roles are independent contractor positions.

Work at home gaming customer support personnel must be willing to commit for a minimum of 90 days. Hours are 20 per week.

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

      • Gamers, or people familiar with gaming culture

      • ZenDesk experience

      • Discord experience (a plus)

Workspace Requirements:

  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (Please note: A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects.)

  • Quality headset

  • Quiet workspace to take calls

  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on phone

Scheduling is flexible. Compensation is hourly, and pay is competitive. Rate of compensation will be discussed during your first interview.

Orientation is paid.
