KIXY-FM wants to give you a shot at winning $1,000 through June 25, 2021.
You can register to win if you can show you've received at least one COVID-19 vaccination shot. You must be 18 years old to enter.
Fill out the registration form below online at www.kixyfm.com/a-shot-away-from-1k, or stop by the 94.7 KIXY-FM lobby at 2824 Sherwood Way during business hours (Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m.).
Online registration ends Thursday, June 24 at 11:59 p.m.
In-person registration ends Friday, June 25 at noon and will require proof of at least one dose of the vaccination before entry will be accepted.
The winner will be drawn the afternoon of June 25 and announced live on KIXY-FM in the 5 p.m. hour, according to the giveaway.
The winner must show a picture ID and provide proof of the vaccination to claim the grand prize.
