Brownfield Ag Weather Today

Sponsored by Pivot Bio PROVEN

During the first half of the week, cool weather will linger across much of the country. Additional frost and freezes will occur during the next few days in several regions, including the northern Plains and the Great Lakes States. As the week progresses, however, warmth will build across the West. By Wednesday, triple-digit temperatures (100° or higher) will return across the Desert Southwest. During the second half of the week, temperatures should rebound to near- or above-normal levels across much of the nation’s mid-section. Meanwhile, significant rainfall (as much as 2 to 4 inches) during the next 5 days will be confined to the South, from parts of Texas to the southern Atlantic Coast. Central sections of the Rockies and Plains could receive an inch or more. Elsewhere, no precipitation will fall this week west of the Rockies, while only light showers will fall across the northern Plains, Midwest, and Northeast.
