Updated May 4 with identity of body.

A body found in the Susquehanna River Monday has been identified as a Perry County woman last seen in April, Lancaster County Chief Deputy Coroner Eric Bieber said Tuesday.

Ashley Dawn Taylor, 32, of Newport was last seen on April 17. Bieber said the body's condition is consistent with her being in the river since that date.

Susquehanna Regional police said the body was discovered around 9:43 a.m. Monday at the York Haven Hydro Station Plant in Lancaster County.
