We are looking for a writer to produce regular articles about all matters tortoise for our blog: www.homeandroost.co.uk/blog.
At Home and Roost we make homes and shelters for pets and garden wildlife. We have just introduced a range of tortoise homes.
As our tortoise writer you will be responsible for producing regular (weekly to start with) informative articles which will be of interest to tortoise owners.
We will provide subjects and detailed briefs for you, though we we always happy to take a look at any subject suggestions you may have.
To take up this opportunity you should:
- Be a tortoise enthusiast.
- Be a native English speaker.
- Have a lively, engaging writing style.
- Be prepared to carry out detailed research.
- Have great attention to detail.
- Have previous blog writing experience.
- Be able to meet deadlines and follow a brief.
- Have some knowledge of SEO.
