State police report woman who had been missing has been located

Update Wednesday: Police report that Keltner was located safely Tuesday night in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County.

Reported previously:

Pennsylvania State Police are looking for a 28-year-old woman who was last seen by her family on March 28.

Meredith Celeste Keltner has not been in contact with family or friends since April 7, when she responded to a text. She is known to keep in close contact with family.

Keltner, who doesn't have a fixed address, is known to frequent Carlisle Borough and York City, predominately in homeless shelters or camps and hotels or motels.

Meredith Keltner was last seen in late March.
