We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite awful February weather for 2 weeks. Good internet connections helped, so that we could work, read and relax when the weather forced us to stay in – two named storms and rain every day! the 50 steps were not an issue for us (aged 75) at all but we like walking. Also 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants was ideal. Having on-site parking spaces was very helpful. The owners responded quickly to resolve any tiny problems. We hope to return.”

What the guests say: “We had such a relaxing stay at Becky’s hut. The views from the bed were gorgeous in the morning and it was so nice to have the kitchen space to spend time in in the evening (whilst the rain was pouring!). The bedroom was lovely and cosy despite the terrible weather. The hut and kitchen are just as nice as you would expect from the photos. Recommend walking the local area- walked to Salcombe on one day and to the local pub in the evening for dinner- both lovely walks without too much planning!”
