Evergreen Content Writer

A military and foreign affairs news media agency is looking for a remote contract writer to write military, foreign affairs and viral evergreen articles for a news website. We have a lot to write and need help!

An evergreen news article is an article that is timeless and can be read by a reader anytime: Now, or 3 years in the future.

All applicants will be kept confidential.

U.S. military veterans preferred but not required.

Considerations:

• You must be an experienced, excellent, strong writer who takes writing seriously and professionally
• You will go through the onboarding process with an Editor – they will teach you all you need to know about the style and method we like, along with everything tech you need to know
• We also have many in-house examples to help guide you
• We will pick the topic for each article
• We will work with you to come up with a consistent schedule that fits into your life
