Ricky Santos Cruz, 37, was charged with three counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct as a first-degree felony, according to a magistrate's report filed in the Superior Court of Guam Monday.

Officers spoke with a woman whose 12-year-old daughter said she had scolded her younger sister for being close to Cruz.

During an interview with officers, the girl reported that when she was in the fourth grade, Cruz had sexually touched her on multiple occasions.
