5 people shot in less than three hours Saturday morning in Milwaukee

Milwaukee police are investigating a rash of individual shootings that put five people in the hospital Saturday morning. 

Just after 8 a.m., a 39-year old Milwaukee man and a 50-year-old Milwaukee man were shot outside in the 1300 block of West Concordia Avenue. Police say multiple suspects fired shots. Both men were treated at a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. 

Less than 30 minutes later, a 39-year-old Milwaukee man walked into a hospital to be treated for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. The location and circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation. 

At 10:17 a.m. in the 2800 block of West Ruby Avenue, a 30-year-old Milwaukee man sustained a serious gunshot wound and was taken to a hospital where he was in stable condition. Police are seeking the assailant. 

Roughly five minutes later, a 40-year-old Milwaukee man walked into a hospital with a serious gunshot wound. The man was treated and was in stable condition. The location of the shooting and the circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation. Police continue to seek the assailant.
