A couple of months ago I started sharing what I made for dinner on Instagram and saving them to a highlight reel. I got a lot of really great feedback from people saying that my posts were inspiring their meal plans as well. We’ve periodically shared meal plans here on the blog but I’m thinking of making it a monthly thing now. I’m still following my outline of An Entire Year of Meals Planned and it’s still working beautifully for me. Here’s what a recent winter dinner menu looked like for us…
MONDAY
- Cream Cheese Chicken Taquitos
- Garden Salad
- Chips, Homemade Guacamole, Salsa
TUESDAY
- Mulligatawny Soup
- Crescent Rolls
WEDNESDAY
- Copy Cat PF Changs Lettuce Wraps
- Crackers, Carrot Sticks, Grapes
THURSDAY
- Chicken Pot Pie
- Apple Slices
On the weekends I switch things up. I make more of an effort for breakfast and then we have pizza, takeout, leftovers, or easy dinners that require no thought or prep on my part. I also like to make a treat for the week ahead on Sunday nights.

- Pumpkin French Toast Bake
- Scrambled Eggs, Sausage
- Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Energy Bites (next weeks snack)
