Trump's Extended Family Moving to FL


Trump is expected to decamp to Mar-a-Lago, the Private Club known as "the winter White House" after his Term Ends on January 20th. If his neighbors and the City Council, enforce the Contract he Signed when Mar-a-Lago became a Club. Trump also owns Three Houses: a 3,000sqft, 6,000sqft, and a 10,000sqft, nearby that he Rents, so his has a Place to Live.

Now the Trump Extended Family Members are looking to Move to Florida. The entire Trump Family could make the already Long List of People Abandoning Big Cities for the Sunshine State even longer:

- In December 2020, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner dropped $32 Million on an Empty Lot on a Miami Private Island called, Indian Creek, and nicknamed the "Billionaire Bunker." It has its own Police Force and Water Patrol. Wisting for a House to be built, they are L for One year, an Unfurnished Condo at Miami’s Arte, a New Pyramid-shaped Luxury Building.

- Jared’s younger Brother, Joshua Kushner, and his Wife, Supermodel Karlie Kloss, plunked down $23.5 Million on an Eight-Bedroom Mega Mansion in Miami Estate, just minutes from his Brother. The Couple are expecting their First Baby,

- Donald Trump Jr. and his Girlfriend, Kimberly Guilfoyle, are House Hunting in Jupiter, Florida. His Ex-Wife and Five Children Live in the area.

- A Limited Liability Company (LLC) managed by Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., has just paid $18.5 Million for a Mansion in Palm Beach opposite the Mar-a-Lago Resort. The Property was owned by their Aunt, Maryanne Trump Barry, Property Records show. A Deed shows the LLC was the Buyer of the Eight-Bedroom Home. Eric Trump is listed as the President of the Company, and his Brother Donald Trump Jr. the Vice President.

- Tiffany Trump was searching for a Property or Apartment in Miami. The recent Georgetown Law-School Graduate is looking for a Condo or House in the South Beach area with her boyfriend, Michael Boulos. She could soon take a more Active Role in the Trump Business.

All the Properties considered or acquired, are no farther then a 90-minute Drive to Mar-a-Lago.
