Michael B. Jordan and Lori Harvey call it quits: A timeline of their relationship

All good things must come to an end it appears, as Michael B. Jordan and Lori Harvey's relationship is officially over, according to Steve Harvey.

After days of rumors surrounding Jordan and Lori Harvey's relationship status, Steve Harvey revealed the truth Monday — the couple has called it quits.

"I heard about, I wish them well. I'm Team Lori 1000%, she's my daughter, I love her, I support her," Harvey said. "Things happen, it's hard to be young and in the limelight and have a successful relationship."

The 35-year-old actor, who starred in "Creed," "Fantastic Four," "Black Panther" and "Just Mercy," and the 25-year-old model, who has walked the runway for Dolce and Gabbana and has acted in a few minor roles, were first spotted together at the end of 2020 and went Instagram official in January 2021. 

They publicly exchanged affections and celebrated big moments together, while hearts shattered around the world at the missed chance with People's 2020 Sexiest Man Alive.

Over the course of their relationship, the couple shared many memorable moments. Let's look back at some of Jordan and Harvey's major milestones.

Michael B. Jordan professes his love

Michael B. Jordan is officially in love – with Lori Harvey. 

"I love her," Jordan posted on Instagram on Feb. 17 alongside a photo of the model dressed in all white. "And I love youuuu," she gushed back in his comments.

Jordan and Steve Harvey chatted for Paper magazine in February, and while it mostly focused on Steve Harvey's iconic fashion sense, Jordan did answer one direct question from the dad of his girlfriend.

"Do you love Lori Harvey?" he asked.

"Oh, man. I do. For sure," Jordan replied. 

"Interview over," Steve Harvey said. "You’ve got my respect. Thank you, brother. You’ve got my respect."

But Steve Harvey hasn't always been so chill.

Jordan and Lori Harvey rang in the 2022 New Year together and captured the moment in steamy pics posted to Instagram. In the photos, Harvey sits on Jordan's lap and the two embrace, flirt and lock lips.

Weeks later, Ellen DeGeneres showed the photos to Steve Harvey, who adopted Lori Harvey after his 2007 marriage to her mother, Marjorie Bridges. His reaction was nothing short of hilarious.

Hiding behind a hand, he joked: “I'm very uncomfortable with that picture right there. I'm not really feeling that picture.”

Harvey praised Jordan for being a "good gift-giver" and for "trying to impress the family" but wasn't about to let his parental guard down.

"At the same time, I got my eye on him," Harvey said. "I can't whoop him, but if he ever turn around, I'mma knock (him) out."

Jordan goes over-the-top for their first Valentine's Day

For their first Valentine's Day together in February 2021, Jordan went all in with an extravagant plan for the evening: he rented out an aquarium and filled the place with flowers and candles, Harvey showed off on her Instagram story. The two had dinner from celeb favorite Japanese-Peruvian fusion restaurant Nobu while sitting in the aquarium tunnel, and Harvey later revealed that her Valentine had bought her Hermes stock as a gift. 

"Appreciate you, my girl," Jordan can be heard saying in the background of one of her videos. 

Jordan and Harvey share birthday moments

For Harvey's 24th birthday on Jan. 13, 2021, she celebrated with an intimate affair with her family and, of course, Jordan.

According to her Instagram stories, she was gifted at least 15 bouquets of white roses from her "baby." 

Harvey's celebration included Steve Harvey, her mother and her brothers and nephews. Jordan was also there and can be seen playfully coming up behind Harvey as she blows out her birthday candles.

Jordan wished his new boo a happy birthday in an Instagram post, a photo of the pair pictured posing back to back. Another video he shared shows Jordan and Harvey engaging in a snow fight and laughing.

"10:10 HBD," he captioned the post along with a turtle emoji.

For Harvey's 25th birthday on Jan. 13, 2022, Jordan posted a sweet video of the two on the beach playing football. 

"Happy B-Day to my turtle," he captioned the post. "My favorite Patna in crime."

Harvey has also marked Jordan's Feb. 9 birthday on her Instagram. "Happyyyyy Birthdayyyyy to my big baby!!!" she wrote in 2022. "Can’t wait to see what amazing things this year brings for you my love."

Lori Harvey claims MBJ as 'mine'

In impressively shirtless photographs of Jordan posted on his Instagram account Jan. 24, 2021, Harvey wrote, "Mine" with a cheeky emoji in the caption.

Prior to making their relationship public, Jordan and Harvey were spotted in Utah together in December 2020.

In photos captured by The Sun, the couple was seen getting off a plane in Salt Lake City, Utah to bring in the New Year. 

While Harvey and Jordan didn't share any photos or videos of each other during their trip, the two respectively posted clips from their time in Utah on Instagram stories showing off their snowboarding skills.

Rumors about the couple's relationship status had swirled for months prior as the two were photographed in Atlanta together around Thanksgiving.

Almost two months after their Atlanta getaway, in now-deleted posts, each posted separate photos together on their respective Instagram accounts. Jordan posted two photos, one looking into Harvey's eyes. Harvey posted a Polaroid photo collage with Jordan tagged. One photo featured Jordan kissing her cheek as she beams.
