York County stores sell winning Millionaire Raffle tickets worth $1 million and $100,000

A pair of Rutter's stores in York County sold winning tickets in the recent New Year's Millionaire Raffle, it was announced Monday.

The winning numbers were pulled on Saturday night.

Rutter's at 1520 Pennsylvania Ave., in the City of York will receive $5,000 after a ticket purchased at the store was pulled in the $1 million raffle. The winning tickets were 00185442, 00237745, 00351937 and 00469412. The other winning tickets were sold in Bucks, Erie and Montgomery counties.

This is the second straight year a winning ticket for the top prize was purchased at a York County Rutter's.

Last year, Matt McKenzie purchased a winning ticket at a North Codorus Township location.

Four tickets were also pulled for prizes of $100,000. A winning ticket was purchased at Rutter's at 725 Arsenal Road in Springettsbury Township. That store will receive $500 for selling a winning ticket. Other winners were purchased in Allegheny (two) and Mercer counties.

A total of 6,000 winning numbers were randomly selected from 500,000 tickets that were sold between Nov. 3 and Jan. 2, when tickets sold out. In addition to the $1 million and $100,000 amounts, 100 prizes of $1,000 and 5,892 prizes of $100 were also awarded.

Millionaire Raffle winners have one year from the drawing to claim their prizes.

A list of all 6,000 winning raffle ticket numbers, listed by prize category, is available at palottery.com. Tickets can also be scanned using the lottery app, or at any lottery retailer.
